Cancelation Policy

All cancelation requests require a 24 hr notice done via email to for a refund. As this allows time to attempt to fill the opening. In the event that there is not a 24 hr request for cancelation or to reschedule your session there will be no refund,

No Show Policy

If you do not show up on time for your session or are not available at the time you scheduled for your session due to you have the wrong time down ( all sessions are scheduled as Central Standard Time which is visible at the time you select your sesion from the calender (coming soon) after payment is completed). If you gave the wrong phone number, I will try to call 2 times (if your session was via phone) and try to reach you via email, if neither are successful you would forfeit your appointment and there will be no refund.  

PLEASE NOTE: When scheduling your appointment, all sessions are on Central Standard Time (the same time as Chicago Illinois). You should check your time zone and make sure you are in sync with the scheduling calender (coming soon) (you may want to use a world clock converter to check your time difference).

You Acknowledge That

When you schedule your session with Soul Star Bliss, you understand that I am not a Doctor, Lawyer, or Financial Counselor and therefore cannot and will not give medical or legal advice or diagnosis. What you do with and how you interpret the information you receive during your session is your decision as to how you use or interpret it.

For Jewelry and Amulets

The Initial consultation will be done vial email as I produce jewelry and amulets for clients in 24 countries. This is to negate the cost of an international phone call, for both myself, and new clients as well as help with the time difference when dealing with client in other countries.
